Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under Emeritus Scientist scheme CSIR

CSIR (ES) research project entitled: Climatic stress adaptations in drosophilids: Impact of global warming in the western Himalayas

Minimum qualifications: NET qualified with M.Sc. (any Life Science subject) with 55% marks.

Salary: Rs. 14,000/-p.m. for the first two years, Rs. 16,000/-p.m. for the third year if extended as SRF, plus HRA as per CSIR rules.

Age Limit: 28 years as on last date of receiving application (5 years relaxation for female/SC-ST/OBC candidates).

Candidates will be governed by the rules and regulations of CSIR. All qualifications being equal, the SC-ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.
