Advertisement of RA/JRF/Technical Staff Position

Applications are invited for the position of RA (01)/JRF (02)/ Technical Staff (01) to work under the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEF&CC), Government of India sponsored project entitled: Application of RS & GIS for Integrated Management of Hasdeo River Watershed (A Tributary of Mahanadi River) in Chhattisgarh. This project is only upto December 2018. The posts are temporary and co-terminus with the project. The minimum qualifications are as under: Post 1: RA [Rs. 22000/-per month + HRA] : Ph.D in Forestry/ Forestry, Wildlife & Environmental Sciences/ Environmental Sciences/ Botany (Specialization with Forest Ecology/Remote Sensing). Post 2: JRF [Rs. 16000/-per month + HRA] : M.Tech. Remote Sensing /M.Sc in Forestry/ Forestry, Wildlife & Environmental Sciences/ Remote Sensing/ Environmental Sciences/ Botany with 55% marks and NET qualified. (If NET qualified candidates will not be available then non NET candidate will be treated as Junior Project Fellow (JPF) with [Rs 10,000/-per month+HRA] Post 3: Technical Staff [Rs. 8000/-per month fixed] : B.Sc The upper age limit for RA-35 years, JRF-28 years and Technical Staff -30 years on 01/01/2018. Age relaxation up to 5 years will be given to SC/ST/Women/PH/OBC candidates for the position for RA and JRF.
