Faculty Recruitment School Of Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following Faculty posts in Indian Maritime University (IMU):

UR-Unreserved; OBC-Other Backward Caste - Non Creamy Layer

Note 1: The vacancies stated above are tentative and may be subject to change. IMU reserves the right not to fill up any of the posts advertised.

Note 2: Recruitment of Assistant Professor will be done through a Screening Test-cum-Personal Interview. Candidates with a Ph.D in the Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering/ Naval Architecture and Ship Building are exempted from the Screening Test.

Note 3: The Screening Test that will be conducted by IMU will be of Multiple Choice Questions type, and a Model Paper will be hosted on IMUs Website www.imu.edu.in.

Note 4: Even though initially appointed to a particular Campus, the Faculty shall be liable for transfer to any other Campus.

Candidates may note that depending on whether the candidate is applying on Direct Recruitment/Deputation/Promotion basis, the Application form and the mode of applying are slightly different.
