WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

A walkininterview willbe held on 08th Sepetember,2017 at 11.00 AM in the office Chamber of the Head, Department of Zoology, Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh for selection of 1 post of JRF(purely Temporary position for a period of 3 years ) against a sponsored research project entitled Attempt to domesticate and breed some native ornamental fishes of Arunachal Pradesh in captivity with emphasis on their sex reversal, immune stimulation and disease management using herbal extract Under Prof. Debangshu Narayan Das, Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh for a period of three (03) years.

1. One Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/ Senior Research Fellow (SRF): 01 post

Qualification: Candidates with M.Sc, in Zoology/ Life Sciences (having special papers infish and fisheries/ molecular biology/immunology/genetics), Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Aquaculture// Environmental Sciences (having back ground knowledge of fish molecular biology/environmental biotechnology/ Fisheries biotechnology/ fish immunology/Reproductive biotechnology) with minimum of 55% marks or M.F.Sc., inaquaculture/biotechnology/genetics/immunology or M.Tech in aquaticbiotechnology/immunotechnology with 60% marks may apply. NET qualified or NET-JRF candidates willbe given preference for the post. The Candidates who have already served as JRF/NET-JRF can apply for SRF position.

Fellowship: For NET-JRF candidate: Rs. 25000/-+ 10% HRA per month for 02 years and Rs.28000/-+ 10% HRA in 3rd year.

For candidate without NET: Rs.12000/-+10% HRA per month for 02 years and Rs. 14000/-+10% HRA in 3rd year

Interested candidates may appear before the Selection Committee on 08th Sepetember,2017 at

11.00 AM in the office Chamber of the Head, Department of Zoology, Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh, along with original documents and one set of photocopies of age proof, marksheets and certificate examinations passed from class 10 onwards, recent biodata / CV and any other testimonials on the day of interview.

No TA/DA willbe paid for appearing the interview.
