WALK IN INTERVIEW

Eligible candidates are invited for Walk-In-Interview for academic arrangement as Assistant Professor, Contractual in the following subject/ disciplines for the Academic session 2017.

S.No. Subject/disciplines Eligibility Date of Interview
1 English i) Masters Degree in concerned subject with 55% of marks or equivalent GPA ii) NET/SLET/SET, however, candidates, who are or 17-05-2017
3. Business Studies have been awarded a Ph.D Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET 22-05-2017
2. Computer Science & Engineering BE/BTech and ME/M.Tech. in Electronics & 18-05-2017
4 Electronics & Commission Engineering Communication Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE/BTech or ME/MTech. 23-05-2017

General Terms & Conditions The candidates shall report for interview at 09:30 am on the scheduled date to the Office of the Registrar, Islamic University of Science & Technology, Awantipora, Pulwama, Kashmir. Candidates should bring one recent passport size photograph, all relevant documents in original

supporting their candidature along with a Xerox set duly self attested. The engagement is meant for the academic session ending December 2017. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Salary:

i) Candidates with Ph.D/ NET: Rs. 25,000/ per month ii) Non-NET/ Non-Ph.D. candidates: Rs. 23,000/-per month.
