i) Masters Degree in concerned subject with 55% of marks or equivalent GPA.

ii) NET/SLET/SET, however, candidates, who are or have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET.

NOTE:
-
Candidates with Masters Degree in the concerned subject with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent GPA can also apply who shall be considered for engagement in case suitable candidates with NET/SLET/SET will not be available in non-engineering subjects.

Candidates having First Class BE/B.Tech. degree in concerned Engineering branch can also apply who shall be considered for engagement in case suitable candidates with M.E/M.Tech degree will not be available.
General Terms & Conditions:-

The candidates shall report for interview at 10:00 am on the scheduled date to the Office of the Registrar, Islamic University of Science & Technology, Awantipora, Pulwama, Kashmir.

Candidates should bring one recent passport size photograph, all relevant documents in original supporting their candidature along with a Xerox set duly self attested.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Salary:

- Candidates with Ph. D/NET/SLET : Rs. 25,000/- per month

- Candidates without Ph. D/NET/SLET : Rs. 20,000/- per month
