DST-PURSE Program

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the following temporary positions under DST-PURSE Program for four years (till September 2021). Candidates are requested to send Biodata to the Coordinator, DST PURSE Program, Central Instrumentation Facility, S. Ramanujan Block, Jamia Millia Islamia, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi 110025 or via email (cif@jmi.ac.in) on or before 15.02.2018.
The following positions are purely temporary for which continuation will be subject to progress as well as tenure of the PURSE program. The selected candidates will be placed in Central Instrumentation Facility and will be required to conduct their research and operate the scientific equipment for the users.

Experience in handling scientific equipment (such as XRD, Spectrophotometers, DLS, contact angle, TGA/DSC, Raman) / industry experience will be preferable. Publication in WoS/SCOPUS indexed journals will be another essential requirement. |

Publication in WoS/SCOPUS indexed journals will be another essential requirement. |

Publication in WoS/SCOPUS indexed journals will be another essential requirement. |

Important Notice:
- 1. The assignment is purely temporary in nature, progress based and it is co-terminus with the program.
- 2. All original certificates/testimonials will be required for verifications purpose at the time of interview.
- 3. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview and/or joining of the position.
- 4. The recruitment will be as per the guidelines of DST-PURSE and Jamia Millia Islamia,
- 5. Employed candidates will be required to submit no objection certificate (NoC) from his/her employer at the time of interview.
- 6. Institute reserves the right to cancel the recruitment without assigning any reason.
- 7. Only the shortlisted candidates will be intimated via e-mail for interview. Candidates are advised to check their email regularly.
