WALK IN INTERVIEW

Applications are invited for one post of 'Junior Research Fellow' under the DBT funded Research Project entitled "Applications of xylanase-pectinase concoction produced concurrently by a bacterial isolate in manufacturing agro-waste based papers' recycling of mixed office waste and in textile industry" sanctioned to Dr. Ritu Mahajan, Professor, Department of

Biotechnology, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. The duration of the project is for three

years. Interested candidates may reach the office of the Chairperson, Department of Biotechnology, Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra for walk in interview at 12 Noon on Januarv 30. i018 along with their bio-data and original documents. No TA/DA will be paid to

attend the interview. No separate letter will be issued for the interview. The candidates can also send their CV through e-mail upto Januarv 29,2018.

Essential qualifications: M. Sc. in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Microbiology with at least 60%o marks. Preference will be given to NET/GATE/DBT-BET qualifi ed candidates. Desirable qualifications: Research experience in Protein/Enzymology work/Microbial work.

Salary: 5000/. p.m. plus H.R.A as per DBT guidelines & co terminus with the project.
