NOTICE

It is decided to engage temporary boat crew (Launch Driver & Boat Khalasi) on consolidated remunerat ion basis @ Rs.7100/-(Rupees Seven Thousand One Hundred ) & Rs.6450/-(Rupees Six Thousand Four Hundred Fifty) only per month respectively to operate power boats stationed at different Blocks of Cuuack District for the period from 01.06.2017 to 30.11.2017 . Applications are invited from the eligible candidate in the prescribed format for their engagement. 'The posts are purely temporary and the appointment shall be valid from the date of joining of the selected candidates till 30.11.2017 . No D.A and other allowances are admissible .

Qualification for the posts:-

1. The candidates applying for the post of Launch Driver should have minimum valid 2nd Class driving license . Those cand idates who technically qualify in the test shall only be eligible for engagement as temporary launch driver.

2. The candidates applying for the post or Boat Khalasi should have passed minimum Class - VII and having Crew Training Certificate. Candidates having previous experience of working as temporaryKhalasi under the State Port Engineering Organization are not required to submit the crew training certificate .

3. The candidates must be able to swim in river, canal or any other waler body for 20 minutes continuously.

4. Priority shall be given to the experienced candidate to be appointed as temporary Launch Driver / Khalasi post who are within age from 18-59 & Half years as aon 1st June 2017

5. The candidates shall submit a certificate of fitness from a Govt. Medical Practitioner.
