CALL FOR RESEARCH ASSISTANT

Applications are invited for appointment of Research Assistant in ICSSR funded project on "Towards Territorial Justice: Mapping Social Well-being and Environmental Quality in Mizoram".

Position	Fellowship Amount	Qualification	Period	Desirable
Research Assistant	Rs. 13,000/-per month	Masters Degree in Geography or allied subjects with at least 55% marks. Working knowledge of Mizo is required.	Initial appointment for one year, extendable up to 2 years based on performance.	Working knowledge in MS Excel and GIS & RS.

Interested candidates may submit an application as per the given format along with passport photograph to the Project Director by email on or before 24th May 2017. Selected candidates should appear for interview on 26th May 2017 at 11.00 A.M. in the department of Geography & RM, Mizoram University, Aizawl. The candidates are required to bring along all certificates, testimonials, publications, etc. in original.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
