RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION

Online applications on prescribed format are invited for the following posts on temporary basis in the Programme on School Assessment, School Leadership and Strengthening School Statistics as per details given below:-

(a) Project Senior Consultants

Remuneration: ` 50,000-59,000/- per month

Age Limit : Maximum age limit shall be 65 years

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree with Ph. D degree in Education, Social Science or allied subjects with a minimum of 5 years of post qualifications/experience in the requisite area.

Persons with additional qualifications, research experience, published papers would get preference.

Desirable:

Ten years experience in teaching and school administration in the area of school leadership & management.

OR

Ph.D in Social Science preferably education or management studies, readiness to go for field work in different areas.

Preference:

Experience of working in Primary and/or Secondary Education with knowledge of computers and statistical analysis.

(b) Project Consultants

Remuneration: ` 40,000-49,000/- per month

Age Limit : Maximum age limit shall be 65 years

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree with not less than 55% marks and M.Phil/Ph.D in Education, Social Science or allied subjects.

OR

M.Tech /MCA/M.Sc. in the case of requirement of professionals with technical background.

Persons with M.Phil or additional qualifications, research experience, published papers would be

preferred.

OR

Retired Govt. employees with Grade Pay of `6600/- carrying above qualifications would also be

eligible for this position.

Desirable:

Five years experience in teaching and school administration or field experience in the area of school leadership & management, readiness to go for field work in different states.

OR

M.Phil/Ph.D. in management studies, readiness to go for field work in different states.

Preference:

Experience of working in Primary and/or Secondary Education with knowledge of computers and statistical analysis.

(c) Project Junior Consultants

Remuneration: ` 30,000-39,000/- per month

Age Limit : Maximum age limit shall be 30 years

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Education, Social Science or allied subjects preferably with 2 years hands-on experience on secretarial/computation work.

OR

M.Sc/MCA/B.Tech, if persons with technical background is desired in a project.

Knowledge of Computer applications, MS Office including Excel, Access etc. will be required.

Desirable:

Minimum 55% marks or equivalent in Masters degree. Knowledge of MS Office and report writing.

Notes:

Candidates submitting online application are advised to take a print of online application for their record and if called for interview, they should submit the hard copy of online application duly pasted with photograph and signed alongwith NOC from Head of Organisation if employed or pursuing any course of study.

The posts are purely temporary in project mode and those appointed will not have any claim for regular absorption at NUEPA.

Minimum requirements of qualifications and experience may be relaxed in respect of exceptionally outstanding candidate. The University reserves the right to fill up or not to fill up any or all the posts or to shortlist and select the candidates for any suitable position depending upon the qualification and experience required for the said post.

The panel of selected candidate will be valid for one year who may also be engaged in any other project, if required by the University.

The no. of positions may vary depending upon the requirement of the project.
