WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

Interested superannuated candidates having at least twenty years of experience in LDC/LDA or equivalent or 8 years of experience in position not below the rank of UDC/UDA or equivalent rank in Govt. or Govt. undertakings/HEI/Universities/Autonomous bodies and preferably below 65 years of age are requested to appear in the Walk-in-Interview to be held on 07.04.2018 from 11.00 A.M onward in the Board Room of the University Headquarters (3rd Floor) at DD-26, Sector-I, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700064. Candidates are to report with biodata as well as all relevant documents and testimonials in original, and a passport size photo and identity proof (Such as Adhaar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID). Candidates appearing after 12.30 P.M shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

Candidates are required to bring on the day of Interview:

1. Three sets of self-signed Biodata

2. Three sets of attested copies of testimonials related to candidature along with one passport size photo.

3. Original copies of all testimonials.

4. Documents relating to superannuation.

Qualification and other Requirements:

1. Qualification : (a)Graduate from a recognised university

(b)Proficiency in Computer, Specifically in MS Word and MS Excel.

2. Desirable Qualification : (a)Post Graduate in any discipline

3. Age : Not more than 65 years

4. Emolument : On consolidated basis. However, the calculation will be last pay drawn less pension plus admissible allowances plus the HRA drawn if any before superannuation or the initial salary in the pay band of Rs.9000-28500/-with grade pay of RS. 4400/- whichever is less.

Selected Candidate will be engaged on contract initially for Six months on whole time basis. No TA/DA shall be admissible for attending the Interview.
