Necessary qualifications and criteria:

A) Essential:

i)	Candidates should have passed qualifying degree examination and awarded Bachelors degree
	in Law (LLB or equivalent full time degree) from recognized Indian Universities/Institutes.
	The degree should also enjoy recognition by the Bar Council.
ii)	Candidates should have secured 55% or more marks in qualifying degree examinations (or an
	equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed). A relaxation of 5% in
	the	marks	may		be		provided		for		the		candidates			belonging		to	SC/ST/Differently-abled
	(Physically as well as visually) candidates.
iii)	Candidates			must		have		minimum		2		years		of	professional		experience			(as	on	date	of

advertisement).

The candidates are required to submit the following documents.

a.

Certificate evidencing award of degree as mentioned above.

b.

Copy of registration certificate with Bar Council and

c.

Experience certificate from Solicitor/advocate/Law firm/Bar Association/Employer(s) as applicable.

B) Pay: Rs. 20,000/-Per Month (fixed)

C) Age: Not less than 30 years and not more than 45 years as on the date of advertisement. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/Differently-abled candidates. In case of exceptionally qualified candidate, age limit may be relaxed, if the University authority deems fit.

Fulfillment of minimum qualifications does not guarantee a call for interview. The University reserves the right to decide the number of candidates to be called for interview for a particular post. Incomplete applications are liable to be cancelled. Candidates already in employment should apply through proper channel.
