Academic Associate (1) full time for Certificate in Health Care Waste Management Programme

1. Qualification and Experience: Masters Degree in any Science subject

(Relaxation in the eligibility criteria may be given depending upon the availability of applicants for advertised post).

Desirable: Certificate in Computer Applications

2. Age: Less than 70 years

3. Working experience: One year experience

4. Emoluments: Rs.30,000/- to Rs.50,000/- per month

5. Other terms and conditions:

1. i. Where number of applications for the above posts will be large and where it will not be possible for IGNOU to call all the eligible candidates for test/interview, the IGNOU may restrict the number of candidates to be called for test/interview to a reasonable limit, on the basis of qualifications and experience over and above the minimum qualifications prescribed under the advertisement.
   
   

1. ii. The position will be on contract initially for a period of six months. The contract engagement will not be part of the regular cadre nor would any special preferential treatment be given to such contractual staff in the matter of recruitment to regular posts if any.
   
   

1. iii. The person engaged on contract engagement shall have no vested right prior to and after the completion of contract period to ask for regluarisation or absorption in IGNOU.
