Qualification, Experience & all other eligibility conditions should be fulfilled as on the last date of application.

1. Paste a passport size colour photograph, duly attested by the applicant, in the space provided on the right top portion of the application.
2. Candidate must write his/her E-mail ID and valid Mobile/Telephone No.s at the space provided in the application form.
3. Shortlisted candidates shall be informed about the date, place and time of the interview by a letter/an email or text message on the given contact number.
4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
5. The University may conduct written tests for the eligible candidates, if required.
   
   
6. Selection will be made on the basis of candidates performance during his/her interview and his/her academic achievement and the experience. The University may also conduct any other mode as a method of selection, if necessary.
7. The candidates shall have to produce the original documents relating to their age, qualifications, experience, etc. and other claims whatsoever at the time of interview. The Selected candidate(s) shall also be required to produce the said documents before joining the post to which they are appointed.
   
   
8. Applications not filled correctly or as per the instructions are liable to be rejected.
9. Applications not accompanied by necessary supporting documents relating to age, caste; experience; self-attested copies of diploma certificates/degree certificates/marksheets, issued by the competent authority, shall be rejected summarily.
10. Applicants are advised to submit the applications to the University well in advance, without waiting till the last date, to avoid postal delay or any other unforeseen problems. The University will not be responsible for any postal delay at any stage.
11. Application received after the prescribed last date will be rejected summarily and no communication in this regard will be made with the candidate.
12. No correspondence will be made with applicants who are not shortlisted/not called for interview.
