APPOINTMENT NOTICE
SIKKIM UNIVERSITY, a central university located in peaceful and beautiful natural surroundings of Sikkim in Eastern Himalayan region, invites applications from dynamic and forward looking Indian citizens having requisite qualification for the post of Legal Retainer on contractual and part time basis.

Job Profile:
- To provide legal advice to the University on all matters referred to him/her by the Registrar/VC.
- To advise the University authorities on the need and choice of a session advocate when and if required.
- To appear on behalf of the University before any court where the case against the University is pending.
- To prepare affidavits/counter-affidavits on behalf of the University.
- To undertake any activity relevant to his/her profession assigned by the University authorities.
Mode of Selection
- Written test and interview
Monthly fees -Rs. 25000/-(Rupees twenty-five thousand only) -Other expenses as per actual.
