Department of Chemistry, School of Physical Sciences, New Science Block, Tadong-737102, Gangtok, Sikkim is looking for a candidate to work in the project as JRF sponsored by SERB, New Delhi (Government of India) on Metal Organic Framework Catalyzed Aziridination Reaction.

1. Dr. Anand Pariyar 01(One) JRF NET/GATE: For initial two years Rs.25,000/-per month as JRF and in third year Rs.28,000/-per month as SRF. Non NET/GATE: For initial two years Rs.12,000/-per month and in third year Rs.14,000/-per month as SRF M.Sc. in Chemistry with 55 % from UGC recognized university. Desirable qualification is NET/GATE with experience in synthetic chemistry.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project and the duration of the project is 3 years.

  2. The selected JRF can avail leave as per regulations of Sikkim University and funding agency.

  3. The progress of the candidate will be evaluated on half yearly basis and continuation will be extended subject to the satisfactory performance.
