Applications are invited for the position of one Research Associate and one Research Assistant for the ICSSR funded Major Research Project entitled Efficiency Analysis of Hill Agriculture: A Micro Level study of Jammu and Kashmir under the supervision of Dr. Kakali Majumdar, Project Director from Department of Economics, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra. The positions are for 10 months from the date of joining, purely on temporary basis and co-terminus with the duration of the project.

Essential Qualifications

For Research Associate

M.Sc./MA in Economics or Master degree in allied subjects from a recognized University / Institute with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA and has a minimum of six months research experience or NET qualified.

For Research Assistant

M.Sc./MA in Economics or Master degree in allied subjects from a recognized University / Institute with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Remuneration

For Project Associate

16000/- pm

For Project Assistant

13000/- pm
