Fellowship	Rs.25,000/-per month for first two years and Rs. 28,000/-per month for the third year.

Eligibility:

Essential Qualification	M.Sc. in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics/Pure Mathematics/Mathematics & Computing or equivalent degree with at least 60% marks (or a CGPA of 7.0 on a 10point scale) with NET/GATE or M.Tech./M. Phil. Degree in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics/ Computational Mathematics with at least 60% marks (or a CGPA of 7.0 on a 10-point scale).Preference will be given to NET(JRF)/GATE qualified candidates.
Desirable	Candidates with sound knowledge of Differential Equations, Numerical Analysis, and those who have knowledge of Fluid Dynamics will be preferred.
Age Limit	Not more than 28 Years. Age relaxation will be provided as per SERB-DST, GoI norms.

Benefits of joining the post: Candidate selected for this position may register for the regular Ph.D. program provided the he/she satisfies the eligibility criteria for Ph.D.program in School of Mathematics, TIET, Patiala.
