A Walk-in-Interview will be held in the Department of Environmental Science, Tezpur University on 21/09/2017 at 11.00 a.m. for one (01) temporary position of Research Associate (RA) under a CSIR funded project entitled Prospect of a novel protein in earthworm gut to minimize heavy metal risk in vermicompost for sustainable crop production under the Principal Investigator Dr. Satya Sundar Bharracharya, Department of Environmental Science, Tezpur University, Tezpur, Napaam 784028, Assam.

Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences/Environmental Sciences/Agricultural Sciences from a recognized University. Candidates with provisional degree certificate will also be eligible for the position.

Fellowship: Rs. 36,000/-(Rupees thirty six thousand) only plus 10% HRA as admissible per month.

Age Limit: Candidate shall not be more than 35 years of age on the date of interview. Upper age limit may be relaxed as per Government of India rules.

Duration: Three years or till completion of the project or until further order, whichever is earlier.
