Applications are invited for a temporary position of Technical Assistant in a CSIR sponsored research

project entitled, Computational Design of Functional and Structural Mimics of the Active Site of [FeFe]-Hydrogenase under Professor Ashwini K. Phukan, Department of Chemical Sciences, Tezpur

University, Tezpur, Napaam -784028, Assam.

Essential Qualification: B.Sc. degree in Chemistry with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. However, candidates possessing M.Sc. degree in Chemistry (Specialization: Inorganic Chemistry) with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA will be preferred.

Fellowship: Rs. 8,000/-(Rupees eight thousand) only per month.

Duration: Eight (08) months which may be extended subject to availability of funds or until further order, whichever is earlier.

Age Limit: Candidate shall not be more than 30 years as on the last date of receipt of application. Upper age limit may be relaxed as per Government of India rules.

Interested candidates may send their applications along with bio-data to the Principal Investigator on or before 31/07/2017. Short listed candidates may appear before the interview board with original and selfattested photocopies of mark sheets, certificates from 10^th standard onwards, testimonials, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificate, certificates of NET/GATE or similar examination qualifications, any other testimonials and a copy of recent curriculum vitae (CV).

No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview
