RE-ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POST OF JRF/SRF/RA IN MATHEMATICS
Applications are invited for the post of JRF/ SRF/ RA (anyone) to work in a CSIR Funded research project in Mathematics at School of Mathematics, Thapar University, Patiala.
Project Details : Title: On q-Series, Split n-Color Partitions and F-Partitions (25(0256)/16/EMR-II)

| Qualification | : | JRF: M.Sc. (Mathematics), with minimum 55% marks and qualifying NET/GATE. (Age Maximum 28 years) SRF: M.Sc. (Mathematics), with minimum 55% marks and at least two years research experience as evidenced from published papers in standard referred journals. (Age Maximum 32 years) |
RA: Ph.D. degree in Mathematics (Age limit maximum 35 years)
Age relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women and physically handicapped candidates.
Duration : Up to the length of project (Project duration June 2016-May 2019)
Fellowship : JRF: Rs. 12,000+HRA/MA SRF: Rs. 14,000+HRA/MA RA: Rs. 36,000+HRA/MA
Desirable : Candidate interested in Pure Mathematics particularly in Number Theory/Algebra/Differential equation series solution/special functions
