  1. Qualification sought

    • Post Graduate degree in urban development / infrastructure / transportation with a work experience of 12 to 15 years

  1. Experience :

    • Work experience at a Senior level in a reputed consulting organization / development authority, having handled a multi-disciplinary team of personnel

    • To have good working knowledge and experience in preparing master plans / city development plans, smart city plans, infrastructure plans, investment & financing plans, project structuring, procurement, project management, etc.

    • The job description would be to lead and manage a team of multi-disciplinary professionals

      • Support city governments / SPVs in planning, designing, implementing, monitoring and reporting of smart city plans

      • Assess and evaluate smart city development plans and finalize them in consultation with the city stakeholders

      • Develop model bid documents, and project information memorandums for smart city projects and provide technical and managerial support to SPVs for day to day operations

      • Advise the SPVs on technical, commercial, financial and legal aspects of the Projects

      • Prepare proposals for consideration of various project developments, financing, and implementation partners including preparation of concept notes, presentations and follow-ups

      • Provide implementation support including contract negotiations, contract management and contract closure to the SPV

      • Support SPV to frame policies, regulations and byelaws required in accordance with the smart city proposals, and their project development and implementation activities

      • Any other incidental technical and administrative support desired by the SPV

    • Candidate should have good communication, report writing and presentation skills

    • Knowledge of Telugu would be an added advantage

  1. Qualification sought

    • Post Graduate degree in urban development / infrastructure development, with a work experience of 12 to 15 years

  1. Experience :

    • Work experience at a Senior level in a reputed consulting organization / development authority, having handled a multi-disciplinary team of personnel

    • To have good working knowledge and experience in preparing detailed township master plans and designs, byelaws and regulations, infrastructure plans, costing, project structuring, procurement and project management, etc

    • Candidate should have been a team leader for planning and designing of at least one greenfield integrated SEZ / Industrial Park / Township

    • The current job description would be to lead and manage a team of multi-disciplinary professionals / consultants in the following areas inter alia:

      • Support Client in planning, designing, implementing, monitoring and reporting of economic cities

      • Assess and evaluate economic city plans & designs and finalize them in consultation with the city stakeholders

      • Develop model bid documents, and project information memorandums for economic city projects and provide technical and managerial support to the Client in project development, structuring and procurement

      • Prepare policy and attract employment & economic activities in economic cities

      • Advise the Client on technical, commercial, financial and legal aspects of the Projects

    • Working at a Senior level in a reputed organization and having a experience of managing a team of people

    • have good knowledge and experience in legal and procurement process in public contracts of inter-alai involving tender documents, concession agreements for Infrastructure projects, JV agreements, shareholders agreements, etc.

    • Have worked in Urban/Infrastructure Sector and should have good experience of handing drafting and negotiating of large contracts for infrastructure projects

    • Multilateral funding documentation, procurement norms

    • Infrastructure financing documents such as loan agreements, security agreements

    • Have good knowledge of Corporate law, arbitration, Trust Act, SEBI guidelines on AIF, Bond issues etc.

    • High Analytical skills with ability to communicate effectively

    • Good communication skills (both written and spoken) with ability to handle meetings with senior government officials

    • High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance
