Interested candidates are requested to apply to the undersigned for the following temporary post in the Special Manpower Development Programmme for Chip to System Design (SMDP-C2SD) at University of Calcutta (Dept. of Radio Physics and Electronics)

Project Assistant: No of post -One Essential Qualifications: First Class B.E/B.Tech in Radio Physics and Electronics/Electronics and Communication Engineering /Equivalent/First Class M.Sc in Electronic Science, with at least two years of experience OR First Class M.E/M.Tech in Radio Physics and Electronics/Electronics and Communication Engineering /VLSI Design/ Equivalent with experience of doing project works in the domain of FPGA design and synthesis. Final year M.E/M.Tech students with good academic records and project experience in relevant domain are also eligible.

Desired Experience: Working experience in EDA Tools of Xilinx/Mentor Graphics/ Altera/Cadence/Synopsys etc.

Salary: Rs. 20,000/-(consolidated) per month.

Duration: The appointment is purely on temporary basis. The tenure of the appointment will be initially for one year, which may be renewed further on the basis of successful performance of the candidate.

Interview Date: Interview date will be finalized after primary screening of application form and CV. Intimation with call for interview will be sent through email of the shortlisted applicant. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview before a Selection Committee.
