Requirements for Research Associate (Full time Research Staff) Essential:

Applicants are required to hold a Post-Graduate Degree with minimum 55% in Economics/ Commerce /Management with NET or with M.Phil./Ph.D.

Desirable: Experience in data collection, analysis & creating databases. Candidate must be well versed with the research methodology

Work Description: Prospective Field Investigators are required to assist in the project work, field visits and data collection and analysis using advance techniques of statistics. Candidates should be highly motivated and demonstrate a flair for team work along with commitment and sincerity at the work place.

Honorarium: As per ICSSR guidelines, Research Associates are entitled to Rs.16000/-per month. Duration: The duration shall be of 6 months or till the completion of the project whichever is earlier. However, initial appointment will be for the duration of two months, extendable to full duration based on the performance in the first two months. Domain for Data Collection: Chandigarh.
