The Walk-In-Interviews for appointing Guest Faculty to teach at UIET, PUSSGRC, Hoshiarpur for the Even Semester (Academic Session 2017-2018) for the below mentioned subject will be held in the office of the Director, PUSSGRC, Hoshiarpur as per the following schedule:

The applicants are required to fill the application form for Assistant Professors available on Panjab University website (http://jobs.puchd.ac.in/forms.php ) (Page 1 to 9).
The candidates should bring all their original certificates and other relevant documents along with the duly filled application form and attested copies of all the certificates/ documents (Two copies each) and two passport size photographs. Minimum qualifications are as under:

| level from | an | Indian University, | or | an | equivalent degree from | an | accredited foreign | |||||||||||||||
| University. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| ii) | Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National | |||||||||||||||||||||
| Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| UGC like SLET/SET. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| iii) | Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clauses i) & ii), candidates, who are, or have | |||||||||||||||||||||
| been awarded | a | Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission | ||||||||||||||||||||
| (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| be | exempted | from | the | requirement | of | the | minimum | eligibility | condition | of | ||||||||||||
| NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| positions in Universities/Colleges/Institutions. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
The above assignment is on lecture basis with an honorarium of Rs.1000/-per lecture with an upper limit of Rs.25,000/-per month.
Note -No TA/DA will be paid for the Interview.
