Walk In Interview

Applications are invited for the appointment of Guest Faculty in the department of Biochemistry, Panjab University Chandigarh for the ongoing semester (2018). Qualification:

(i)

M.Sc. Degree in Biochemistry or allied subject with good academic record as defined by the concerned University with at least 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST) or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed at the Masters degree level in Biochemistry/ allied subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.

(ii)

Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC and Ph.D.

The applications must reach the undersigned on 23.02.2018 by 4 PM in the office of the Department of Biochemistry, BMS Block II, Sector-25, Chandigarh. The applications must contain the following details:

The above assignment is on lecture basis with a token honorarium of Rs. 1000/-per lecture with an upper limit of Rs. 25,000/-per month. The candidate shall have to undertake that he/she will not draw any fellowship/ stipend or any financial assistance from any agency and will do the same till they are teaching in the department of Biochemistry as a Guest Faculty.

The walk-in-interview will be conducted on 27.02.2018 at 12 Noon in the office of Chairperson.
