Advertisement for Guest Faculty (to teach Labour Economics, Company and Cooperative Law, Labour Law, Marketing Management and Project Management)

The Department of Public Administration, Panjab University, Chandigarh invites applications for the appointment of Guest Faculty for the session 2017-18.

Essential Qualifications:

(i) Good academic record as defined by Panjab University with atleast 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/Physically and Visually handicapped) or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed at the Masters degree level from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

1. Labour Economics (M.A. Sem.-III)	a) M.A. (Public Administration) who has studied Paper of Labour Economics. b) M.A. Economics /MBE
2. Company and Cooperative Law (M.A. Sem.-III) 3. Labour Laws (M.A. Sem.-IV)	a) M.A. (Public Administration) who has studied Paper of Company and Cooperative Law; Labour Laws b) LL.M. c) M.Com/MBE, who has studied Company Law; Labour Laws.
4. Marketing Management (M.A. Sem.-IV) 5. Project Management (M.A. Sem.-IV)	a) M.A. (Public Administration) who has studied Paper of Marketing Management; Project Management b) MBA/M.Com./MBE who has studied Paper of Marketing Management; Project Management

(ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or similar test accredited by UGC like SLET/SET.

(iii) The candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities /Colleges / Institutions.

Honorarium: @ Rs. 1000/- per lecture up to maximum of Rs. 25,000/- per month.

The interview date and time will be displayed on the University Website and Notice Board of the Department. No individual intimation will be sent. No T.A./D.A. will be paid for attending the interview.
