Instructions:

1. Application fee is Rs.700/- for Professor & Associate Professor Cadre posts . A Xerox copy of the Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority should be produced along with the Bank Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Comptroller, UAS, Bengaluru.
   
   
2. The candidates claiming for Rural quota should enclose the certificate of study in rural areas (for 10 full Academic years from 1^st to 10^th Standards) issued by the competent authority.
   
   
3. The candidates who have studied under Trimester System and other than 10 point grading system should compulsorily produce the certificate of equivalent percentage obtained from the competent authority.
   
   
4. Exservicemen or children of Defense personnel killed or disabled in action are exempted from payment of application fee provided they produce the appropriate certificate in this behalf.
   
   
5. Separate applications are to be sent for each post.

1. All late, incomplete applications and without payment of prescribed fees are liable to be rejected.
   
   
2. The appointment shall be subject to fulfilment of all the eligibility conditions prescribed by the University as per Act and Statute and relevant Government orders as amended from time to time.
   
   
3. This Notification along with Qualifications & Score-cards and the prescribed application form for Teaching Posts are accessible and can be downloaded from the Official website of the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bengaluru (Website: www.uasbangalore.edu.in).
   
   
4. University is issuing Masters Degree in Agricultural Engineering i.e university is not issuing Masters Degree indicating any specialization. Therefore 2 Posts of Associate Professor of Agricultural Engineering is advertised as Associate Professor of Agricultural Engineering (FPM/PHT/SWCE).
