Interested eligible candidates are requested to appear before a selection committee on 4th September, 2017 at 11 AM. in the Conference Room of the Department of Biochemistry, University of Calcutta (Ballygunge Campus), 35, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata: 700019 for recruitment of One Manpower (1 Research Associate) in DBT-BSRC project entitled India-UK Nitrogen Fixation Centre (IUNFC) (SAN.NO.- BT/IN/UK-VNC/41/DLN/2015-16 DT 19.07.2016) under Dr. Maitrayee DasGupta. Tenure of the project is up to July, 2019.

Minimum Qualification required:

Thesis submitted

Upper age limit is 40 years for Research Associate on 1st September, 2017 with 5 years relaxation for SC/ST/Female candidates.

Fellowship: RA - Rs 28,000 p.m.+ 30% HRA (Thesis submitted)

Rs 36,000 p.m. + 30% HRA (PhD awarded)

Candidates are requested to bring two sets of complete applications furnishing Bio-data on plain paper attached with self-attested copy of testimonials and all the originals of the testimonials at the time of interview.
