Road, Kolkata 700009 for the following post in the Research Project sponsored by Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) at Department of Marine Science, University of Calcutta. One JRF for the project entitled Water quality assessment using AVIRIS-NG derived data along the Hooghly (Ganges) River Estuary, Eastern Part of India under the supervision of Prof. Tarun Kumar De and Retd. Prof. Santosh Kumar Sarkar. Qualification required: First class M. Sc. In Marine Science. Preference will be given to NET / GATE qualified candidates. Knowledge and experience in analyses of the physicochemical parameters and trace metal concentrations in seawater will be given preference. Remunerations will be as per the sanction of the Funding Agency and the norms of the University.
