National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) has been set up under the National Health Mission (NHM) as an autonomous registered society, to channelize technical assistance and capacity building support to the states for strengthening the public health system. NHSRC on behalf of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare intends recruiting the following position purely on contractual basis.

Post-Graduation in Public Health/ Community Medicine /Anthropology/Health Management / Hospital Management/ Public Health Informatics

BTech(Information Technology /Computer Science / Electronics) with MBA (full time)

Desired skills
|
- Experience in developing training modules, training materials and presentations, develop training plan, training flyers and maintain training calendar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Hindi is also desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office, application testing, basic knowledge of ICT in health, data mining and data analysis using software tool such as SPSS, STATA etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Willingness to travel to States / UTs and districts to provide technical assistance and ability to work on different assignments simultaneously to meet the timelines for assignments.
- Preference would be given to the candidate having experience of working with Centre / State / UT health department.

Roles and responsibilities
|
- Understand the functional and technical requirements from the departments (Centre, State / UT and other involved stakeholders) for implementation of programme and preparation of quality and standard concept document, design documents, process flow document and user manuals towards the requirements.
- Liaison with senior officers of the Government / Ministry for effective designing and execution of trainings on MCTS / RCH portal across all States / UTs.
- Prepare training guidelines, training plans, training modules andmanuals, devise mechanism for monitoring of trainings impact and development of resource material in States / UTs.
- Evaluation/assessment of training effectiveness/impact.
- Maintaining liaison with the resource persons, public and private sector stakeholders.
- Work with the teams across divisions and other stakeholders to identify training requirement on a periodic basis, analyse MCTS / RCH data for training purpose.
- Provide MCTS / RCH application implementation support and guidance to States / UTs and help in capacity building / training in all TORs related to training.
- Compilation and analysis of data from MCTS / RCH portal for impact and implementation assessment of various RMNCH+A programme at field level and identification of grey areas for monitoring and evaluation and preparation of training calendar.
- Undertake situational analysis, evaluate training requirements and to draw the methodologies for conducting / organizing training programs.
- Provide training, review and implementationsupport for the ANMOL, Kilkari, Mobile Academy, RCH citizen portal and other applications for strengthening of the MCTS / RCH application.

Other terms and conditions

- In case of resignation, one month of notice is to be served by the candidate.
- Should be ready to travel anywhere in India for the project.
