NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engaging as Lecturers on contract basis, in the University Department of Botany, Communication & Journalism & Mathematics, Kariavattom for a period of one year (twelve months) on a consolidated remuneration of Rs.30,000/-per month.

Candidates shall submit their application in plain paper along with attested copies of all documents to prove age, community, qualification, experience etc. to the Registrar, University of Kerala. The details are furnished below:

Qualification : I/II Class Masters Degree with not less than 55% of marks in the subject concerned of an Indian University with NET or Ph.D.

(Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from Universities other than Kerala University shall produce the Eligibility /Equivalency from this University at the time of interview).

Note : Relaxation of 5% of marks at Masters level is allowed to the SC/ST candidates.

Age : Not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2017. Usual relaxation in the Upper age limit shall be allowed in the case of candidates belonging SC/ST and OBC communities.

Candidates should appear for the interview at Thiruvananthapuram at their own expense. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. Last date for receipt of application form shall be one month from the date of notification.
