ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POST OF FACULTY MEMBERS (GROUP A) IN VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS ON PERMANENT BASIS IN AIIMS, RAIPUR.

AIIMS Raipur is an apex healthcare institute, being established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). With the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country and attaining self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate Medical education and training, the PMSSY has set up 6 new AIIMS institutions in underserved areas of the country.

AIIMS, Raipur invites online applications from Indian nationals for following posts on direct recruitment basis with the following criteria:

(2 years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. Or
Eleven years teaching and/or research experience in recognized Institution in the subject of specialty for the candidates possessing 3 years recognized degree of D.M/M.Ch in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. Essential for Non-Medical Candidates: 1. Post graduate qualification e.g. Masters degree in the discipline/ allied subject 2. Or Seven years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty for the candidate possessing 3 years recognized degree D.M./M.Ch. in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. OR
Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject of speciality for the candidate possessing 3 years recognized degree D.M. /M.Ch. in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Essential for Non-Medical Candidates
1 & 2 are same as for Professor (Non Medical)
Experience:
Six years teaching and/or research experience in the discipline/subject concerned after obtaining the doctorate degree.

However, no experience is necessary for the candidates possessing the 3 years recognized degree of D.M./M.Ch or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Essential for Non-Medical Candidates
1 & 2 are same as for Professor (Non Medical)
Experience:
Three years teaching and/or research experience in the discipline/subject concerned after obtaining the doctorate degree.

  1. Age and all other qualifications will be counted as on the last date of application.

  2. The above vacancies are provisional and subject to variation. The Director, AIIMS, Raipur reserves the right to vary the vacancies including reserved vacancies as per the Govt. of India rules/circulars and requirements. The reservation will be followed as per Government of India Rules.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application only through ON-LINE mode. The On-line registration of applications will be available on AIIMS Raipur website www.aiimsraipur.edu.in from 29/12/2016 (10:00 A.M.) to 28/01/2017 up-to 5:00 P.M.
  2. The applicants applying in response to this advertisement should satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility for the aforesaid post and must fulfil all the eligibility criteria on or before 28/01/2017, failing which their application will be rejected.

  3. Candidates should fill in the online application form, take a print out and must submit it along with self attested copy of all the relevant documents as mentioned below by Speed Post /Registered Post to Administrative Officer, AIIMS, Tatibandh, Raipur (C.G.) Pin 492099 within 07 (Seven) days from the last date of application. The envelope should be super-scribed APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF..

I) Printout of application form.

II) Mark sheets and degrees.

III) Proof of Age.

IV) Caste Certificate [ST/SC/ OBC (not earlier than one year)].

V) Experience Certificate.

VI) NOC (No Objection Certificate) for those Candidates who are working in Govt.

Organization.

VII) Two passport size Photograph.

VIII) Any other relevant documents.

4. For filling up of Online application, candidates must have the following pre-requisites ready :

i. Valid e-mail ID.

ii. Scanned Passport size photograph of candidate (in JPG format).

iii. Scanned signature of the candidate (in JPG format).

iv. Online payment detail of the required application fee.

Guidelines for scanning the photograph & Signature:

Before applying online a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature as per the specifications given below:

(i) Photograph:

-Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture.

-The picture should be in colour, against a light-coloured, preferably white, background.

-Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must

not cover your face.

-Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)

-Size of file should be between 20 kb50 kb

-Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50 KB.

(ii) Signature:

-The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink pen.

-The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person. -The signature will be used to put on the Hall Ticket and wherever necessary. -If the Applicants signature on the answer script, at the time of the examination, does not

match the signature on the Hall Ticket, the applicant will be disqualified. -Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred) -Size of file should be between 10 kb 20 kb -Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 20 KB

  1. While applying online, in the preview of the form, the candidates Photo and Signature must be clearly visible to candidate, if photo/signature image is small in size or not visible in preview on website, then it means that the photo/signature is not as per the AIIMS prescribed format and your application will be rejected. So, be careful while uploading your photo and signature.

  2. Applicants must fill all the fields carefully since after submission of online application request for change in any information at any later stage will not be considered.

  3. In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she is required to fill in the form separately through On-line mode only.

  4. Pay Scale:
  5. Relaxation in age will be as per GOI rules.

  6. 3% reservation for PWD candidates (on horizontal basis).

    1. Upper age limit: Professor/Additional Professor : Not exceeding 58 (Fifty Eight) years as on closing date. Associate Professor/Assistant Professor : Not exceeding 50 (Fifty) years as on closing date.

      1. Upper age limit shall be determined as on last date of submission of online application.

      2. No age relaxation would be available to SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.

  7. The decision of Director, AIIMS Raipur in this regard shall be final and binding. The offer of appointment when made will be provisional and subject to verification of credentials (Educational & Personal) by competent authority. The vacancies are provisional and subject to variation. The Director, AIIMS, Raipur reserves the right to vary the vacancies including reserved vacancies. No correspondence whatsoever would be entertained in this regard.

  8. For General/OBC Category Rs. 1,000/-and for SC/ST category Rs. 800/-is required to be remitted online only. Any other instrument of payment is not acceptable. Please make sure to correctly mention the Transaction number, Date/Time and Bank of which remittance is made in your application form for reconciliation. Also make sure to get the confirmation of the successful remittance by your bank and retain the proof of the same which may be required at the time of interview. The Application fee is non-refundable.

  9. Those who are working in Central/State Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Institution must submit a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from the employers at the time of interview.

  10. Self Attested photocopies of Degrees, Certificates, Mark sheets, Age proof, Caste certificates etc. may be annexed to the printed copy of the application and the same shall be produced in original along with photocopy for verification at the time of interview.

7. Based on bio-data, the Search cum Selection Committee may short-list Candidates for interview. Candidates called for interview will have to produce all relevant original documents in proof of details furnished in their application at the time of interview.

  1. The interview will be held in Raipur only at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Tatibandh, G.E. Road, Raipur (C.G.) 492099. List of eligible candidates, Date, time & for interview shall be put up in the website. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. The candidates are advised to download their Admit Card from AIIMS Raipur web site www.aiimsraipur.edu.in as no admit card will be sent by post. The Admit Cards will be hosted on AIIMS Raipur website.
  2. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification. The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate for selection.

  3. If an appointee wishes to apply somewhere else or resign within the first 03 (three) months of joining, then neither he/she will be issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) nor he/she will receive any Relieving Letter or Experience Certificate.

  4. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.

  5. The selected candidate is expected to confirm to the rules of conduct and discipline as applicable to the institute employees.

  6. The appointment will be subject to review and probation of two years.

  7. In case of any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false or if the candidate has will-fully suppressed any material information relevant to this appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action taken as deemed fit by the appointing authority.

  8. The decision of the competent authority regarding selection of candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.

  9. Incomplete applications in any aspect will be summarily rejected.

  10. The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice.

  11. In case, any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false or if the candidate has will fully suppressed any material information relevant to his/her appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action taken as deemed fit by the appointing authority.

  12. The decision of the competent authority regarding selection of candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.

  13. AIIMS Raipur reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.

  14. All disputes will be subject to jurisdictions of Court of Law at Raipur.

  15. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically fit by competent Medical Board.

  16. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of appointment letter, the Institute reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidate.

  17. The applicant will be responsible for the authenticity of submitted information, other documents and photograph. Submission of any false and/or suppression /concealment of facts shall lead to rejection/ cancellation of selection/recruitment.
