HLS-SJM Advisors India Private Limited is looking for Company Secretary in New Delhi having 4-5 years of experience in corporate laws compliance/ advisory.

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic candidates to join the Corporate Regulatory Practice of HLS India.

Our corporate and regulatory practice team predominantly focuses on compliances, advisory and merger and requisitions related services from a regulatory and legal standpoint. We assist multinational corporate in setting up their business in India both in terms of conceptualization and implementation. The team also assists Indian and multinational corporate on their compliance requirements in India.

Client relationship management.

Conducting compliance planning for clients to meet with the compliance obligations as per statue.

Representing clients at Departments/ Appellate.

Eligibility :

The candidate must possess 4-5 years of experience in corporate laws compliance/ advisory.

Requirement/ Position:

Manager
