ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering has been set up in the academic year of 2009 with sanctioned intake capacity of 30 students in the undergraduate level. The B.Tech degree for the first batch of students was awarded in 2013. The department with its state of the art laboratories, as well as young and dynamic faculty is involved in providing quality education at both UG and Ph.D levels.
ABOUT THE INSTITUTE
National Institute of Technology Nagaland, a premier institute of higher learning, is one of the thirty-one institutes established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. The basic aim of the Institute is to provide quality technical education, conduct original research of high standards and provide leadership in technological innovations for industrial growth and primarily for enhancing the scope of technical education in the state of Nagaland.
