The eligible candidates along with the Original Certificate, attested copies of certificates and application in the prescribed format are invited to appear for the personal ' Walk In Interview' before the Selection Committee, at the venue, date and time indicated hereunder; for the various temporary and time bound con tractual academic & suppo rting staff positions on consolidated pay & on eleven monthly basis for conducting the Diploma in Fisheries Engineering Program at eh Fisheries Campus, Shirgaon, Ratnagiri as detailed below: -

  2. Qualification for Contractual Academic and Supporting Posts on Consolidated Pay &

on Eleven Monthly Basis: -


  1. Assistant Professor (Fisheries Engineering):-


    1. Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (Fisheries Engineering/Fisheries Engineering & Technology).

    OR

    Masters degree in relevant discipline (Fisheries Engineering / Fisheries Engineering & Technology) from the accredited University along with National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR) / University Grants Commission (UGC) I Counc il of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) or similar test accredited by the University Grants Commiss ion (UGC) like State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) / State Eligibility Test (SET)

    2. National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) / State Eligibility Test (SET) shall also not be required for such Masters program in disciplines for which National Eligibility Test (NET) / State Level Eligibility Test (SELT) / State Eligibility Test (SET) is not required.


  2. Assistant Professor (Mech. Engineering):-


    i. Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (Mach. Engineering / Mach. Engineering & Technology).

    OR

    Masters degree in relevant discipline from an accredited University along with Na tional Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR) / University Grants Commission (UGC) / Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) or similar test accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC) like State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) / State Eligibility Test (SET).


    ii. National Eligibi lity Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) / State Eligibility Test (SET) shall also not be required for such masters program in disciplines for which National Eligibility Test (NET)/ State Level Eligibility Test (SELT) / State Eligibility Test (SET) is not conducted.

  3. Junior Clerk:-


    i. S.S.C. or equivalent exam passed

    ii. Government approved typing exam passed with minimum speed of 40 words per minutes for

    English and 30 words per minutes for Marathi.

    iii. Should have passed MS-CIT Course.


  4. Mistry (Civil):-


    1. Should have Civil Course completion Certificate from Government Industrial Training Institute.

Terms and Conditions:-

Applicants must bring their Application and Bio-data (along with the Attested True Copies of the require d documents) in a envelope one hour prior to the interview in the office of The Direc tor of Instructor, Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli, District: Ratnagiri - 415 712.

  1. The envelope should be super scribed as ' Application for the post ______________on Contractual Eleven Monthly Temporary Basis for Diploma in Fisheries Engineering Program, Shirgaon, Tai. & Dist. Ratnagiri'.

  2. The applicant must bring with them Original Documents / testimonials at the time of interview.

  3. Experience Certificate issued by competent authority.

  4. 'No Objection Certificate' from the employer in case of employed candidates.

  5. For academic posts besides teaching activity, candidates has to perform other essential dutie s related to teaching i.e. conduct of attendance of the students, setting of question paper, setting of model answer papers, checking of answer papers, declaration of results, conducting field visits, Educational Study Tours, Academic/Extension/Extra Curricular activities/programsorganized etc. Theory class will be of one hour, while practical class will be of two hours duration.

  6. The eligible candidates will be interviewed by Selection Committee.

  7. The Venue, Date and Time of interview is _ 12 /06/2017 ,10.00 onwards

  8. The existing rules of the State Govt. In respect of age limit will be applicable.

  9. No. TAIDA shall be paid to the candidates attending the interview.

  10. The positions are purely temporary on contract basis and will co-terminate as per therequirement.

  11. The selec ted candidate will be required to give an undertaking in the prescribed format on stamped paper worth Rs. 100/-.

  12. The selected candidate will have to give one month advance notice if he/she desires to leavethe job failing which he/she will have to surrender one month's salary.

  13. The competent authority reserves the right to reject one or all the applications at their discretion without quoting any reason thereof.

  14. The candidates performance will be evaluated by the competent authority and if the work and the conduct of the candidate is not found satisfactory his/her services will be termina ted even before the completion of the term for which he/she is appointed.

  15. The consolidated pay given in this advertisement may be changed as per the decision of the

    University or revised as per the guidelines in future.

  16. As this scheme is education oriented and continuous in nature, the selected candidate sho uld render their services with due responsibility and given the result of the scheme as well as all other information as per the requirement of scheme to concerned office and as per directives from the University.

  17. Misconduct or misbehavior in any manner may result into cancellation of candidature.
