NOTICE

Inviting applications from In-Service Medical Officers under H&FW Dept. Govt. of Assam for Admission into the Two Years PG Diploma Courses under Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS), Assam

Online applications are invited from willing in-service MBBS doctors in the rank of Sr.M&HO / M&HO-I working under Health & FW(A) Deptt., Govt. of Assam, age upto 45 years as on 01/01/2018 for Two Years Diploma Course to be imparted under Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Assam.

After completion of the course the successful doctors will have to work in the FRUs/SDH/District Hospitals where their services are essential. The study period will be considered as in-service and they will be entitled to draw their salary as usual.

The online application form is available in NHM, Assam website (https://nhm.assam.gov.in). The print out of the online application, duly recommended by the Joint Director of Health Services cum Member Secretary, District Health Society of the respective district along with attested copies of the relevant documents shall be submitted to the Mission Director, NHM, Assam, Saikia Commercial Complex, Srinagar Path, Christian Basti, Guwahati-5. Envelopes containing application should be super marked: Application for Diploma in Maternal Health/ Pediatric Medicine/ Clinical Anesthesiology/ Radiology/ Orthopedics.
