Woodstock Realities Private Limited is looking for Company Secretary in Mumbai having minimum 0-3 yrs. of Experience.

Job Description:

Company Law compliances for the entire Woodstock group.

Compliances in relation to Stock brokers, NBFC and RERA related laws.

Legal Agreements and documentation.

Litigation to a limited extent.

Eligibility :

The candidate must be CS along with the LAW graduate and possess 0-3 years of post membership Experience.

Salary Details:

As per industry standards (between 30000/- to 35,000/-, depending upon the candidate)
