Applications are invited in 'prescribed format' by the Dist. Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Dakshin Dinajpur from Indian citizen for 09 (Nine) numbers of contractual engagement of Laboratory Technician, JCTC, Dakshin Dinajpur at a consolidated remuneration of @ Rs. 13,000.00 (Rs. Thirteen Thousand) only per month up to 31^{51 March, 2018 which is renewable subject to the satisfactory performance. AJ Essential Qualification: (i) Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc.); with minimum 1 year experience after}

graduation OR (ii) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DML T) with minimum 2 years experience after diploma. TheservicesofexistingLTswhodonotholdaDMLTmaybecontinued iftheyhavedoneaCertificateCourseinMedical Laboratory Technology and have more that 5 years' experience of working in the ICTC/PPTCT/ART centre run under the Nation AIDS Control Programme.

(iii) Working Knowledge of Computers-Minimum 3 (three) months certificate course in Basic Computing from Govt. registered institution. Application fees in form of Demand Draft of Rs. 100.00 for General applicant and Rs. 50.00 for reserved categories to be submitted with the application. The Demand Draft should be in favour of District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Dakshin Dinajpur payable at Balurghat.

1. Last date for submission of application: 06/06112017 up to 4.00 p.m. at the office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur; Pin-733101 through Registry or Speed Post only.
   
   
2. Age Limit: Applicant should be not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years on the I" January, 2017. Provided also that age may be relaxed for the candidates belonging to the categories of SC, ST and OBC as per Govt. rules.
