Applications for filling up the following post/vacancy in the establishment of this Division is hereby invited by this office, from the eligible and desirous candidates between the age of 18 to 45 years on 1.1.2017 (relaxation in upper age limit is admissible to the candidates belonging to reserved categories , as per rules) on or before 15-6-2017

The appointment/selection for the aforesaid post will be made on the basis ofviva-vose to be conducted by this office.

1. The applications complete in all respect alongwith attested copy of certificates on the aforesaid format should reach in this office on or before 15-6-2017 and the applications found incomplete and received after the expiry of the due date will not be entertained/considered and shall be rejected straight way without any intimation to the candidate concerned.

The Editor daily Newspaper Amar Ujala Publications Ltd.,26-Kotwali Bazar,near Padmini Hotel Dharamshalcy District Kangra for publishing the advrtisement in the New Paper having vide circulation in the District in 'Chamba Edition' only immediately and send the copies of News Paper along with bill to this office.

   5. The District Employment Officer,District Emloyment Exchange Chamba with a request to sponsor the names of the eligible candidates from the employment exchanges of Chamba District for the said post within a stipulated period.It is also informed that call letters/interview cards will be issued to the sponsored candidates by this office .

   6. The System Officer of this office with a directions to upload the said notice on the website of this office.
