Ranchi Smart City Corporation Limited (RSCCL), Ranchi invites application from interested professionals/candidates for the post mentioned below on purely contractual basis for "Ranchi Smart City Corporation Limited" under centrally sponsored "Smart City Mission".

ME/M Tech in Civil/Transportation Engineer is Preferable.	Age of the candidates should not exceed 60 years as on last date fixed for submission of the application. In case of retired candidate, age limit is extended to 62 years as on last date fixed for submission of the application.
2.	Project Manager (Technical)	1 (UR)	75,000/-	First Division in BE/B. Tech/ B.Sc. in IT/Computer Science from recognized institution in regular course with minimum 8 years of professional Experience. ME/M Tech in IT/Computer Science is Preferable.	Age of the candidates should not exceed 60 years as on last date fixed for submission of the application.
3.	Project Manager (Construction)	1 (UR)	75,000/-	First Division in BE/B. Tech/ B.Sc. in Urban Infrastructure / Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering from recognized institution in regular course with minimum 8 years of professional Experience. ME/M Tech in in Urban Infrastructure / Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering is Preferable.	Age of the candidates should not exceed 60 years as on last date fixed for submission of the application.
4.	Project Manager (Planning)	1 (UR)	75,000/-	First Division in B. Planning (Town Planning)/ Architecture from recognized institution in regular course with minimum 8 years of professional Experience. M.Planning (Town Planning)/ Architecture is Preferable. 5.	Project Manager (Contract & Procurement)	1 (UR)	75,000/-	First Division in BE/B. Tech./ B.Sc. in Civil with MBA from recognized institution in regular course with minimum 8 years of professional Experience. ME/M Tech in Civil is Preferable. 7.	Steno-cum-PS toCEO	1	30,000/-	Graduation from recognized University with Shorthand writing. Speed of 100 words/ minute in English and 80 words/ minute in Hindi. Manager (Urban Infrastructure)	1	60,000/-	Masters with first division in Urban Infrastructure from recognized university in regular course. 4 years experience in Urban Infrastructure preferably within a consulting organization. Manager (Transportation)	1	60,000/-	ME/M Tech in Civil Engineer/ transportation Engineer. 2 years experience in formulation, design, implementation and management of transportation infrastructure. 17.	Manager (IT)	1	60,000/-	Fulltime ME/M.Tech in Computer Science with 3 years of related experience. or Full time MCA with 4 years of related experience. or Full time MBA (IT)/M.Sc. in Computer / IT / Computing with 6 years of related experience.	Age of the candidates should not exceed 45 years as on last date fixed for submission of the application.
18.	Manager (Administration)	1	60,000/-	Full time MBA with first division from recognized university in regular course. 6 years experience in HR, Administration management related works.	Age of the candidates should not exceed 45 years as on last date fixed for submission of the application.

22.	Public Relation Officer	1	60,000/-	PG/PGDMC/Master in Mass Communication/Journalism with first Division from recognized university in regular course with 3 years experience in a repute Organization. 23.	Cashier	1	25,000/-	First Division in Graduation in commerce/ICWA Intermediate/CA Intermediate with minimum 2 years of Experience.	Age of the candidates should not exceed 45 years as on last date fixed for submission of the application.

1. Terms of Engagement : The appointment of professionals will be purely on contract basis for a period of (3) Three Years, which may be extended after the annual review of performance, and desired output. However the contract may be terminated in the case of unsatisfactory service in two months notice by either side.

2. The successful candidate will have to sign a contractual agreement in the prescribed format.

3. The contract shall not confer any rights or claim of extension/absorption in the Company.

4. Applicants who are in employment with Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, Public Sector Undertakings and other Government sponsored institutions should route their application through proper channel.

8. The selection of the candidate will be completely on the basis of Essential Qualification, Additional qualification, Experience and Interview. The decision of the Company is final and binding.
