CIRCULAR

In pursuance to Notification No.E-II-II-45 /2010-2065/UAT, dated. 07.02.2014 applications are invited from amongst the Professors and persons of equivalent rank of the following colleges under OUAT for the post of

(1) Director, College of Basic Sci. & Humanities, OUAT, Bhubaneswar

(2) Director, College of Fisheries, Rangeilunda, Berhampur

(3) Director, College of Community Science, OUAT, Bhubaneswar

The prescribed application form, information sheet containing the details of qualification, experience and other required conditions as in Annexure-A, B and C in respect of Director of the above colleges of OUAT, general Information and instruction to the candidate can be down loaded from University website: ouat.nic.in The application form complete in all respect along with self attested copies of all certificates, mark sheets of all examination passed, experience certificate, if any, research publications should be sent by Speed Post/ Registered Post & the last date of receipt of application is 16th January, 2018 upto 5.00 P.M. and it should be addressed to the Registrar, OUAT, Bhubaneswar-751003, Odisha. Application received after the last date shall not be entertained. The University shall not be held responsible for any loss or delay in postal transit. Incomplete application shall be summarily rejected.

Fees for the application for the post.

Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) only shall be deposited in favour of Comptroller, OUAT, Bhubaneswar in SBI Account No.10173711536 of State Bank of India, OUAT Campus Branch, Bhubaneswar by deposit pay slip and the candidates who are depositing the application fee other than the OUAT Campus Branch, Bhubaneswar shall have to deposit Rs.2,000/-+ intercity bank charges as applicable. The candidate should enclose the duly signed in original counter foil in the application form. Other mode of payment shall not be considered. Fees once deposited is not-refundable.

Essential qualification and experience required shall be considered on the last date of receipt of application form. The terms of appointment, eligibility and qualification prescribed for the above position are in the information sheet as Annexure-A, B & C.

The candidate shall apply through proper channel, failing which their application will not be considered. He/she has to submit advance copy of original application to avoid delay.

Applicants should be prepared to appear the interview at Bhubaneswar on their own cost. The University reserves right to cancel the interview or the entire process of selection, of may not conduct the interview, if required.

GENERAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTION TO CANDIDATE

INSTRUCTIONS (Important)

1. Before filing/submitting the application form, candidates are advised to go through the qualification prescribed for the post and make sure that he/she possesses the same.

2. Please make sure that all the entries in this form are written down neatly and legibly.
