For Hiring of a Chief Finance Manager (CFM) and District Accounts Managers

The ARIAS Society intends to hire a Chief Finance Manager (CFM) and about sixteen (16) District Accounts Managers (DAM) purely on contractual basis for the proposed World Bank aided Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (APART). The draft Terms of Reference (TOR) for the positions may be seen in the website of the ARIAS Society viz. (http://www.arias.in/notification ). Depending on the qualifications, experience, competencies, etc. of the candidate, the consolidated remuneration will be fixed in the range as shown below. The maximum age is 45 years (as on 1.1.2017), except for retired candidates for CFM. The essential qualifications & experience for the positions inshort are given below. However, the detailed qualification & experience shall be as per the draft TORs provided in the website of ARIAS Society. Candidates are advised to go through the draft TORs before applying.

The following would be the preferred order of educational qualification and experience in the field of finance and accounts: A professional Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years of post qualification experience / A member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) having minimum 7 years of post qualification experience / Full time MBA (Finance) from recognized University / Institute with atleast 55% marks having minimum 10 years of post qualification experience / Retired Finance & Accounts Officer or Manager from any Public Sector Agency |
Rs. 11.40 lakh to Rs. 25.80 lakh/year |

Retired Officer from Assam Financial Services (AFS) cadre having served in any Department of the State Government in the field of finance and accounts. |

District Accounts Managers (DAM) |
Qualification: At least a Bachelor of Commerce from a recognized University/College along with a Certificate Course in Tally Accounting Software. Experience: At least 4 years of experience of accounting management in any public or private sector agency. |
