REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)

For Hiring Individual Consultants for the Project

Individual Consultants for the following positions under the World Bank financed APART are intended to be hired by the ARIAS Society. The required qualifications, experience, age and annual remuneration range shall be as per the draft Terms of Reference (TORs) provided in the website http://www.arias.in/career.html ; however, the same in brief are furnished below. Applicants are strongly advised to go through the TOR for the positions before applying.

(A) Positions in the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) at Guwahati: Postgraduate in the relevant subject with at least 11 years of experience in the respective fields; Age limit 50 years as on 01st Oct.2017; Annual Remuneration range: Rs.18.00 to Rs.25.80 lakhs:- (1) Post Harvest Management Specialist; (2) Value Chain Development Specialist; (3) Financial Services Specialist; (4) Private Sector Development Specialist ; (5) Enterprise Clusters Specialist; (6) Procurement & Contract Management Specialist; (7) Project MIS Specialist; (8) Public Information-cum- Communication Specialist; (9) Human Resource Specialist.

(B) Positions in the Project Implementation Units (PIUs) at Guwahati: Postgraduate in the relevant subject with at least 7 years of experience in the respective fields; Age limit 45 years as on 01st Oct.2017; Annual Remuneration range: Rs.11.40 to Rs.19.20 lakhs for Sl. (1) to (5) and Rs.6.60 to Rs.10.80 lakhs for position at Sl. 6:- (1) Agri Business Specialist (2 nos.); (2) Cluster Development Specialist; (3) Agri Marketing Specialist; (4) Agriculture Specialist; (5) Horticulture Specialist; and (6) Marketing Specialist-Fisheries.

(C) Positions at the District level: (1) Investment Facilitation Managers (4 nos.): Postgraduate in the relevant subject with at least 7 years of experience in the respective fields; Annual Remuneration range: Rs.11.40 to Rs.19.20 lakhs; and (2) District Agricultural Marketing Coordinators (32 nos.): Postgraduate in the relevant subject with at least 5 years of experience in the respective fields; Annual Remuneration range: Rs. 6.60 to Rs.10.80 lakhs; Age limit 45 years as on 01st Oct.2017 for both the positions.

Note: (i) Candidates not meeting the Qualifications & Experience need not apply; (ii) Candidates who have applied earlier against any of the positions, need not apply; (iii) Candidates from outside Assam, shortlisted and appearing in the interview will be reimbursed to & fro travelling fare via the shortest route on production of original tickets, subject to a maximum of Rs.10,000/-; (iv) Provision of Relocation Allowance for candidates selected from outside the State may be considered as per the HR Policy of the ARIAS Society. (v) The State Project Director, ARIAS Society reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions or scrap any or all of the positions.
