Candidates for the Group B post of Radiotherapy Technician Grade II may send in hardcopies

of filled out application forms in prescribed format (Annexure-B), along with self-attested

photocopies of their proof of date of birth, eligibility qualification marksheets, degrees, experience

certificate and other relevant documents in support of fulfillment of eligibility for the post

applied, must reach to the below address on or before 5:00 pm of Wednesday 31st May 2017 by Speed Post ONLY;

The envelop must be super scribed as Application for post of Radiotherapy Technician Grade II

(Contractual).

  • Scheduled date of written examination/ skill test will be uploaded on the Institute website www.aiimsbhopal.edu.in, in due course.

  • The written test/ skill test will be held only at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal (M.P.). List of eligible candidates shall be published on the Institute website.

IV. Application Fees:

  • For General/OBC candidates Rs. 1000/-

  • For SC/ST/PwD/Women candidates: NIL

  • Payment is to be made to AIIMS, Bhopal through DD only payable at Bhopal to be submitted with the application.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded, in any circumstances.

Women candidates are encouraged to apply.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. 1. Tenure: The assignments are purely on contract basis initially for a period of twelve months.

This appointment will not vest any right to claim by the candidate for regular appointment or permanent absorption in the Institute or for continued contractual appointment.

  1. 2. Remuneration: The contract will entitle the contractual appointee to a consolidated monthly remuneration as mentioned above. The contractual appointee will not be entitled to any other allowances, financial benefits or concessions as admissible to Institute employees.

  1. 3. Expiry of Contract: The contract will automatically expire on completion of twelve months unless renewed with mutual consent for the decided period. The contractual appointment can be terminated at any time, by either side, by giving 30 days' notice or salary in lieu thereof.

  1. 4. The candidate who is already in Central/State Government / Semi Government/ Autonomous Institutions service shall submit 'No Objection Certificate" from the present employer at the time of interview/document verification.

  1. 5. The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate for selection.

  1. 6. The candidate should bring along original certificates in support of his/her age, educational/ professional qualification, experience etc., two recent passport size colour photographs and a two sets of self-attested photocopies of the relevant documents failing which he/she will not be allowed to participate in the interview/ document verification.

  1. 7. The candidate applying in response to this advertisement should satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility in all respects.

  1. 8. Written Exam/ Interview will be held at AIIMS Bhopal. TA/DA to the eligible candidates attending the written exam/ interview, for Group A post only, will be payable in compliance to directives of the Ministry of Finance Department of Expenditure as amended from time to time.

  1. 9. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.

  1. 10. Private practice of any type is prohibited.

  1. 11. He / She is expected to conform to the rules of conduct and discipline as applicable to the Institute employees.

  1. 12. The decision of the Competent Authority regarding selection of the candidate will be final and no representations will be entertained in this regard.

  1. 13. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.

  1. 14. In case any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false of if the candidate has wilfully suppressed any material information relevant to his/her appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action taken as deemed fit by the appointing authority.

  1. 15. The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice.
