WALK-IN- INTERVIEW

A walk- in- Interview will be conducted at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar on 17th April, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. for the following post in order to prepare a panel to engage a Counsellor on Part Time contractual basis during the Academic Year 2018 - 19. Interested Candidates fulfilling the Qualification as mentioned below may appear for interview along with their Original Certificates and Mark Sheets (For Verification Only), a recent passport size photograph and a set of self-attested photo copies of all Certificates:

Educational Counsellor

M.A / M.Sc (Psychology) from a recognised College or University + Regular one year Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and counselling.

M.A / M.Sc / M. Com with B. Ed / M.Ed qualification + Regular one year Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling

(Experience in Clinical Psychology will be preferred)

a) Dealing with topics such as :

(i) Facing Examinations without Fear,

(ii) Stress Management for Students

(iii) Developing Study Habits in students,

(iv) Time Management

(v) Communication Skills

b) Dealing with low achieving and high achieving students

c) Conducting Class surveys to know about the students from the Faculties.

d) Career Talks

e) Visit to Workshops

f) Meet the Professional programme

g) Career Conference cum Exhibition

h) Setting up Career Guidance Corner

i) Providing Counselling to problematic students

j) Guiding girl students & Counselling- For their special needs.

Age

The Candidates from 30 Years to 50 Years of Age having minimum prescribed qualification as above may appear in the Walk- in- Interview on 17th April 2018.

Note: Service Condition

Counsellor engaged on contractual appointment basis, would have no claim or right for appointment on a regular basis nor will they be a part of the cadre of Faculty / Staff of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar.

Counsellor appointed on contractual basis will not be entitled for Vacation pay and payment shall be calculated on pro rata basis.

No TA/DA will be given for attending the Interview.

The Interview Schedule is as under:-

Registration	The registration of the candidates for the Walk- in- Interview will be from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. on the day of the Interview.
Date & Time	17th April 2018 at 11:00 A.M.
Venue of Interview	Directors Conference Hall, Administrative Building AIIMS, Bhubaneswar.
Candidates reporting after 10:00 A.M. will not be allowed to attend the Interview.
