Unique [den tifica tion Authority of India (UIDAI), invites applications for filling up one post of Assistant Direc tor General-Technology (ADG-Tech) (Deputy ecretary level) in the Pay Matrix Level 12 [pre-revised Pay Band III (Rs. 156 00- 39100) plus Grade Pay of Rs. 7600 / -] on deputation basis in its Manesar Data Cen tre, Manesar, Haryana, from amongst suitable and eligible officer . The eligibility criteria and qualifications for his post are as follows :-

Eligibility for the Examination:

1. Officers of Central Government/State Governments/UTs/P Us/ Autonomou bodies holding analogous posts to that of Deputy Secretary's post in the Central Government Ministries /Department;

2. Officers who may be at the end of their tenure under Central Staffin g Scheme and may be interested in continuing on deputation under Non-Central Staffing Scheme (Deputy ecretary Level) subject to 'No Objection Certificate' from DoP&T.

3. Wilh five years ervices in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the Pay Matrix Level-11 (pre -r vised Pay Band III Rs. 15600 -39100 plus Grade Pay of R . 6600 / -) or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department.

Education Qualification:

MCA/BE Computer cience/ Electronics/ Comm u nica tion s En gineerin g, IT or equivalent/M.Sc Computer Science/ Electronic / IT or equivalent

Desirable Experience:

IT background in Networks/Network Security Management/handling Application developm nt Project open source technology/ database management/DATA centre operations.

1. Period and other terms and conditions of deputation:

   The initial period of deputation shall be for three years extendable by a further period of two years as per Departm nl of Personnel & Training O.M. o.6 / 8 / 2 00 9 -Es tt . (Pay-II) dated 17.06.20 10. The terms and conditions of deputation will be governed by the DoP&T's afor mentioned O.M. of 17.6.2010 and Government of India's in truclions issued from time lo tim on the subject.

   Age Limit :

   The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall b 56 years as on the date of closing of the application .

   Eligibility for Government Accommodation

   As per the ongoing arrangement (further continuity of which is subject to approval of Ministry of Urban Development), the officers appointed in the UIDAI will be eligible for G neral pool R idential Accommodation at par with Central Government employees.

2. Eligible and willing candidate may apply through proper channel in prescribed format - Annexure I. Cadre authorities/Head of Departments are requested to forward applications of eligible and willing candidates whose services can be spared on deputation immediately on their election. The applications of only such officer would be considered that are routed through proper channel and are accompanied by following documents:

   1. Application in prescribed proforma - Annexure I.
   2. Cadre Clearance Certificate from the Controlling Authority
   3. Statement giving detail of Major/ Minor penalties, imposed upon the Officer, if any, during the last ten (10) years Annexure II
   4. Vigilance Clearance/Int grity Certificate (Annexure II)
   5. Photocopies of the ACRs / APAR for the last five (5) years dul attested on each page by an officer not below the 1 vel of Under Secretary or equivalent (An n e x ure II).

3. While forwarding the application it may also be v rified and certified by the cadre controlling authority that the particulars furnished b the applicant are correct (Annexure II).

4. The applications of suitable and eligible officers complete in all respect, in the prescribed format (Annexu re-I), alongwith documents li ted in para 3 above may be forward d to ADG (Estt), Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), 2 nd Floor, Tower 1, Jeevan Bharti Building, Connaught Circus, New Delhi-110001. The last date for receipt of applications complete in all respect is 25.04.2017. Candidates who a pply for the post will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature sub equently..

5. Applications received after the last date or otherwise found incomplete shall not be entertained.

6. UIDAI reserve the right to withdraw the vacancy circular at without assigning any reasons.
