Online applications are invited for the below mentioned posts. The last date for filling up the applications is 31.12.2015. Candidates should carefully read the Instructions available on Commissions website before filling the application online.

1. In case of non-availability of suitable candidates with the knowledge of Konkani for the posts in professional colleges, Consultants in Directorate of Health Services and highly technical/scientific posts, the Goa Public Service Commission may recommend a candidate if otherwise found fit and this requirement can be relaxed by the Government, on the recommendation of the Goa Public Service Commission, if the Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do.

2. Prescribed EQs are minimum & mere possession of same does not entitle the candidates to be called for interview. Where number of applications received is large, the Commission will short list the candidates to be called for interview as mentioned in the Instructions.

   1. GOA MEDICAL COLLEGE

      1. Assistant Lecturers:

         1. Anatomy 1 post (resvd for ST) (2ndtime)

         2. Anesthesiology (ICU) 1 post (resvd for OBC) (2ndtime)

         3. Microbiology 1 post

         Scale of Pay: Rs. 15,600-39,100+5,400/-.
         
         Age: Not exceeding 40 years.

         Educational & Other Qualifications:-

         Essential (i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.

         Desirable: (i) Registered for Post-Graduate Degree in concerned speciality. (ii) Knowledge of Marathi.

   2. DIRECTORATE OF HEALTH SERVICES

      1. Junior Consultants:

         1. Radiologist 2 posts (1 resvd for OBC) (2ndtime)

         2. Surgeon 1 post (resvd for OBC)

         3. Orthopaedic Surgeon 2 posts

         4. Physician 2 posts (2ndtime)

         Scale of Pay: Rs. 15,600-39,100+5,400/-.
         
         Age: Not exceeding 40 years.

         Educational & Other Qualifications:-

         Essential (i) A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post- graduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the speciality concerned. (iii) In case of Diploma holders, Work in responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

         Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

      2. Senior Surgeon 1 post

         Scale of Pay: Rs. 15,600-39,100+6,600/-.
         
         Age: Not exceeding 40 years.

         Educational & Other Qualifications:-

         Essential (i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post- graduate degree, failing which, post-graduate diploma in speciality concerned. (iii) Work in a responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 3 years after post-graduation Degree or five years after post-graduation Diploma. (iv)Knowledge of Konkani.

         Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

   3. INSTITUTE OF PSYCHIATRY AND HUMAN BEHAVIOUR

      1. Clinical Psychologist 3 posts [1 resvd for PH (Orthopaedically Handicapped) & 1 resvd for OBC] Scale of Pay: Rs. 15,600-39,100+6,600/-.
         
         Age: Not exceeding 40 years.

         Educational & Other Qualifications:-

         Essential: (i) Masters Degree in Psychology from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) Master of Philosophy (Clinical Psychology) or Diploma in Medical and Social Psychology (2 years course), from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. (iii) 2 years experience of teaching including Psychological testing and counselling. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

         Desirable: (i) Doctorate in the concerned field from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii)Knowledge of Marathi.

   4. INSPECTORATE OF FACTORIES AND BOILERS

1. Inspector of Factories ... 1 post (resvd for OBC)
   
   Scale of Pay: Rs. 9,300-34,800+4,600/-.
   
   Age: Not exceeding 40 years. Educational & Other Qualifications:-

   Essential: (i) Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Production Engineering or Chemical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent, with Diploma in Industrial Safety of one year duration (full time) of a recognized Board or University OR (i) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Production Engineering or Chemical Engineering of a recognized Board or equivalent with 3 years experience in a factory or workshop of repute and having Diploma in Industrial Safety of one year duration (full time) of a recognized Board or University. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.

   Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
