Proposed Salary	Rs 18,000 consolidated (rupees eighteen thousands)
Core Responsibilities	Perform community based survey and record the data
Specific Activities	-Door to door visit and interviewing of study respondents -Scheduling follow upvisits -Follow up of respondents with PCOS problems and referral to project team for further assessment

Terms and conditions

1. This is a fixed tenure contractual vacancy under funded project and not an employment on AIIMS Raipur pay roll.
   
   
2. Employment will automatically terminate upon completion of the 1 year (12 months) from the day of joining of duties and there is no liability for permanent employment on AIIMS, Raipur or principal investigator.
   
   
3. The appointment can be terminated with one month notice from either side without assigning any reason
   
   
4. Extension on the job may be given if there is further requirement or extension of project depending upon previous work performance evaluation report.
   
   
5. The candidates have no right to claim permanent employment based on this job.
   
   
6. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
   
   
7. Experience will be counted only after completion of minimum educational qualifications.
   
   
8. Mere filling the essential qualification does not guarantee for the interview call & selection
